Positive Student Supports

At Draper Intermediate, students are encouraged to be a HERO: Be Helpful, Be Engaged, Be Respectful, and Be On-Task. Students exhibiting these traits are given Draper Dollars by any teacher or staff member throughout the school day. Students are then given the opportunity to spend their Draper Dollars at our student led Draper General Store which is open before school on Thursdays and Fridays. 

Students may also be given a Positive Office Referral throughout the school year for exhibiting behavior that has a positive impact on our school and those around them. When this happens, the student is sent to the office and their parents get a phone call by one of our principals so that they know about the great things their child is doing at school!
